Carlos J. Cuevas, Esq. is a 1982 Yale Law School Graduate, and he received a B.A. from N.Y.U. Mr. Cuevas has represented debtors, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, creditors committees, equity security committees, and trustees in bankruptcy cases. Mr. Cuevas has served as a Chapter 7 trustee, an examiner and mediator in bankruptcy cases. Mr. Cuevas has successfully reorganized small and medium sized companies.
